At Aquaplanet, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't performing to your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Log into your Aquaplanet account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Gear

Securely pack the unused equipment in its original box, ensuring all fins, pumps, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

Label and Ship

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
